We are not liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or travel restrictions.

7.4 Maximum Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid to us for coordination services.
